"I’ll be as brief as possible because I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Rooftop Solutions. I’ll start with Julio who was my first contact with Rooftop Solutions. He was very soft spoken and well mannered. After requesting to examine my roof, he went to get his supervisor, Evan, for assistance because Julio was a trainee. Once Evan arrived, he was very detailed in his presentation about Rooftop’s customer service and how the company served and assisted their clients. Then he told me about my choices moving forward. After they examined my roof, they told me how they would precede moving forward. They guided me throughout the whole process from dealing with my insurance company to helping me choose everything I wanted for the entire project. That’s when I met Izik, the project manager, who picked up where Evan and Julio left off. Izik proved to be an outstanding project manager. He assigned, inspected and approved all of the work that was done. When necessary, he sent contractors back to correct the few issues that needed attention. He was in constant contact with me and each contractor that he hired to complete work that gave my home a facelift and improved curb appeal! Edgar and his crew were no nonsense. As soon as they arrived, they immediately got started removing the old roof. In record time, they had removed and replaced the roof, and cleaned all debris from my property. The did magnetic sweeps to insure that no nails were left on my property. Alvaro and his helper replaced the gutters. I am very pleased with the work that they did in replacing my gutters. The new gutters gave my house a facelift, adding more curb appeal to my home. They cleaned up after they completed installing the gutters and downspouts. Lonnie, the contractor who replaced my solar window screens, was precise, timely and willing to please. He brought samples so I could choose colors and the type of screens I wanted. He explained and showed me examples of the differences between 80% and 90% coverage screens, and guided me in making the proper choice between the two. He was very meticulous in measuring and installing the screens. He cleaned the window seals and left everything neat and clean. Saenz replaced my garage doors single-handed! He was very cared as he removed the old doors and assembled and installed the new ones. He made sure that the garage floor was nice and clean before he left. Jerry and Gerald restored damaged paint from water damage. They made sure that the paint was smooth, with no uneven spots. They were very courteous and careful in handling my furnishings and wall hangings. The put everything back in its original place and left my home neat and clean. In conclusion, I give Rooftop Solutions a 5-star review from beginning through completion."
